The aim of our chefs is to revive some of the forgotten elements of Bolognese cuisine, modernizing dishes but keeping intact the traditional smells and flavors. The menu offers a wide variety of choices, with a special attention to seasonality and the origin of the raw materials, which are bought fresh every day. All dishes are composed with the utmost passion, guaranteeing a great result every time.

Emilian cuisine resulted from the mixing of various local traditions that, over the centuries, developed into a distinct style. Notable features include handmade pasta with meat sauce, truffles, mushrooms, second courses based around aromatic meats, homemade desserts, and DOC wines.

To satisfy the needs of an increasingly numerous and varied clientele, we offer personalized menus in the case of food allergies and special menus for ceremonies and events.
