Our menu boasts a rich selection of local delicacies revolving around mushrooms, truffles, and homemade pasta, based upon ancient recipes and renowned culinary traditions.

Tagliatelle and tortellini are the main ingredients of this region; we aim to revitalize them using modern culinary techniques while keeping the original smells and flavors intact.
